As of year 2006, an integrated centralized repository for citations, pending actions, or dispositions which is useful to highway safety practitioners in evaluating and determining the effectiveness of statewide and local countermeasures is currently available in Hawai‘i.  The State has the components of a functioning citation tracking system.
