ID - Idaho
As of year 2006, The State of Idaho maintains data that closely parallels what is commonly referred to as a Citation Tracking System. The Idaho county courts (except one that soon will) operate the Idaho Statewide Trial Court Automated Records System (ISTARS). This warehouse appears to have the technical features and capabilities associated with a Citation Tracking System. It is not clear that the information is sufficiently available to users to provide them with the information that is essential in determining the level of enforcement activity in the State and for monitoring court activity regarding the disposition of traffic cases.
