MA - Massachusetts
As of year 2009, Massachusetts has, in effect, a comprehensive and complete statewide citation file that is very timely, although it is a paper-driven system. The process provides all the required elements of a citation tracking system. The system includes both the charges filed and those of which the violator is ultimately convicted. Dismissals and plea bargains are indicated on the record as well.
