As of year 2005, there is no citation tracking system. While there are several excellent sources of data related to citations and their subsequent dispositions, there is no single system that contains on a statewide basis the full set of information about the state’s arrest and adjudication activity to analyze the effectiveness of the enforcement and judicial processing of the state’s traffic laws.
