Reporting Threshold:
Fatality, Injury, more than $1500 damage to a vehicle and a vehicle is towed
due from damage resulting from the crash, more than $1500 damage to property
(other than a vehicle involved in the accident); if none of the preceding
factors apply, and there is more than $1500 damage to any one vehicle, only
the driver or owner of the vehicle with greater than $1500 damage is
required to report the crash.
