The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has commissioned the development of an on-line catalogue of state EMS run forms and databases.  This site is currently being developed with the assistance and cooperation of various EMS contacts at the state level.  All information within this site should be considered as "preliminary" until such time as it is published within the standard navigation for the NHTSA Traffic Safety Information Systems web at www.nhtsa-tsis.net.
